Delete your KokoTrac account

1. Open the KokoTrac app and sign in.
2. Open Settings (the gear icon).
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and requires no email request. If you cannot sign in, email support@kokotrac.com from any address and we will delete the account for you.

• Your account and all sign-in credentials and sessions.
• Referral records: your invite codes and any invite relationships.
• Cloud backup snapshots, if you had created one.
• Pro entitlement records (trial and referral rewards).
• Registered device records.
• Feedback submission logs.
• The local on-device copy of everything: children, activities, schedules and costs.

Feedback you previously submitted through the in-app form remains stored as private entries in the developer's internal issue tracker. It is not linked to a live account after deletion; to have it removed as well, email support@kokotrac.com.

Nothing else is retained. KokoTrac does not sell data and does not share data with third parties.

在 app 內：設定 → 刪除帳號，確認後即時生效。雲端的帳號、邀請紀錄、備份、Pro 紀錄與手機內的全部資料會即時刪除。之前透過意見回饋表單提交的內容會保留於開發者的內部系統，如需一併刪除請電郵 support@kokotrac.com。
