Delete your KokoTrac data

You can delete some or all of your data without deleting your account.

Your family's data (children, activities, schedules, costs)

Open the KokoTrac app and sign in.
Delete any child, activity, schedule entry or cost directly from its screen — every item has its own delete action.

This data lives on your device, so deleting it there is immediate and complete. No email request is needed.

Your optional cloud backup

If you use the cloud backup, the stored snapshot is overwritten every time you run a backup — so after deleting items in the app, running a backup again removes them from the cloud copy too.

To erase the stored cloud snapshot entirely while keeping your account, email support@kokotrac.com and we will delete it for you, usually within 7 days.

What is kept

Cloud-side, KokoTrac holds only your account (email address), your cloud backup snapshot, referral records, Pro entitlement records and the list of registered devices. Feedback you previously submitted stays in the developer's internal issue tracker; ask by email and it will be removed too.

KokoTrac does not sell data and does not share data with third parties.

無須刪除帳戶也可刪除資料：在 app 內直接刪除任何孩子、活動、時間表或開支紀錄（即時生效，因為資料本來就儲存在您的裝置上）。如曾使用雲端備份，刪除後再執行一次備份便會覆寫雲端版本；如欲連雲端備份一併刪除但保留帳戶，請電郵 support@kokotrac.com，一般 7 日內處理。
